Linda is a parent of a young adult son on the autism spectrum. She is a founding member of The Arc Rutherford County and has been a member of The Arc Tennessee Board of Directors since 2014. Linda also works for Disability Pathfinder.

Karen has a sister with intellectual disability who previously lived in Greene Valley Developmental Center and now lives in a group home with support through Orange Grove Center. Karen became her sisterís conservator when their parents passed away and has spent the past two years learning everything she can about the adult service system for people with IDD.

Robyn Lampley is the parent of a son with Down syndrome. She works for Developmental Services of Dickson County, an affiliated chapter of The Arc, connecting families with needed resources and providing education advocacy. Robyn has served on The Arc Tennessee Board since 2014 and is Chair of the Advocacy and Education Committee.

Ann is a member of Vanderbilt Kennedy Centerís Community Advisory Council and is a member of the Autism Society of Middle Tennessee. She has completed Vanderbilt's Advocacy Project and Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) Program; and she is a graduate of Partners in Policymaking.
